Marks Players
The Reigate based
amateur dramatic society, the St Marks Players, have their
Christmas production coming shortly. "The Inaccurate
Conception" is a comedy about a school nativity play.

Syndrome charity and film screening
PSDS
is a local charity supporting young people who have Downs Syndrome
reach their full potential.
PSDS
stands for "Providing Support for Children with Downs
Syndrome" and Helen Sheirs is the co-founder of the charity.
Philip
Grant recently spoke to her about the charity and also a one-off
screening of a new film called "The Peanut Butter
Falcon" at the Leatherhead Theatre.
The
film features a young man called Zack Gottsagen making his acting
debut. Zack just happens to have Downs Syndrome.

Babyloss
Awareness Week
The death of a baby is not a rare event.
It can happen to any one.
Babyloss Awareness Week aims to raise awareness about pregnancy and baby death in the UK.

Engine Shed
The Engine Shed
is a special interest group for autistic children and young people
who like trains.
They can design and play with our huge Brio, Tomy and Hornby train
sets in an inclusive, safe and relaxing environment.
The children are in charge. They design and run the Brio, Tomy and
Hornby trains, with minimal supervision from the Engine Shed
staff.
25 children regularly attend Engine Shed sessions and they are
engaged and focused throughout the 2-hour session.
